• Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill (optional)
• Direction
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.
