Optional Tips / Variations
- Make it Vegetarian: Omit the chicken and add 1 cup of chopped fresh spinach (sautéed until wilted) or thawed frozen spinach (squeezed dry) for a meat-free “Marry Me” dip.
- Extra Flavor: Use a tablespoon of the oil from the sun-dried tomato jar when sautéing the garlic or mixing the dip for an extra punch of tomato flavor.
- Spice Level: If you prefer a milder dip, omit the red pepper flakes. For extra heat, increase to 1 teaspoon.
